Many people find the up-front costs of securing accommodation impossible to fund. Rentstart aims to help and support local people find good private rented accommodation and overcome the financial obstacles by operating a Deposit Guarantee Scheme.
The scheme gives the Landlord peace of mind that the deposit sum will be covered if the tenant defaults. We encourage tenants to save towards their deposit which can then be passed over to you. We also look for other sources of funding to help with other up-front costs.
Working with Elmbridge Rentstart also means you are exempt from the terms of The Tenant Deposit Scheme.
