We offer support and advice and in some cases assistance with:

• Your deposit for the tenancy in the form of a guarantee for the landlord
• Finding local agents and landlords
• Benefit claims and in some cases arrange for the Landlord to be paid direct
• Putting you in touch with other charitable sources of funds

Who qualifies?

Single people or childless couples aged 18-60 years on low income who:

• Have a local connection with Elmbridge
• Are homeless or threatened with homelessness
• Have no statutory right to local authority housing

Please note we cannot pay money directly to landlords, pay agents fees or pay rent in advance.
